Returns & Exchanges
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Mint Leafe gift card. This could be a virtual or physical card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only considered within 7 days of purchase being delivered.
- All Sales are final on these items and can't be returned, only exchanged for same item if damaged.

RETURNS
- If your order has been deemed to be returnable by one of our team members. Expect a 5-7 day process before your items are refunded in the form of store credit.
- You must purchase your own return label from your local postal service. (Any service)
- Items that are sent back that has been investigated to be non refundable will be sent back to customer.
How to know if my item can be returned for store credit?
- Reach out to customer service anytime with the 7 day period for return options.
- Items must not be worn and in its original packaging.
- Can not be a sale item or any items that are final sale.
DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL
- Items that are damaged on arrival must be reported with 2 days upon delivery.
- Attach an image of the damaged item in your contact email
- Add a preferred contact method (phone or text)
- A customer service team member will reach out via phone or text to help immediately with your purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
- Must cancel with 24 hours of placing order.
- Full refunds are returned in the form of payment customer used once a customer has successfully cancelled a order.
- Any orders that has been processed can not be cancelled & must go through the return process once item has been received.

- Go to your local postal office & purchase a label for return
- Reply to our contact email with your return label
- Once we have receive your item, a refund will be processed & you will receive a confirmation email
